Product time

1. It takes 8-15 days for standard express delivery goods to reach their destination. However, in some remote areas, it takes 15-35 days for logistics goods to reach their destination.

2. When you place an order, it usually takes 1-3 days for us to sort out the order and deliver the package during the working day. There is no priority in sorting the orders. The earlier you place the order, the sooner the package will be shipped.

Delivery fee

1. In order to ensure that packages arrive on time and quickly, we provide customers with more favorable logistics, with costs starting at as low as 3-4 US dollars.

2. We do not recommend using 1-2 USD logistics because the logistics efficiency is slow and the package is easy to lose, so we do not provide this logistics service.

Return and exchange policy

1. If you receive a package and the product is not counted or the goods are not correct, please contact us in time and we will provide you with return, exchange, and refund services.
